I had a very positive experience with Appletree Recruiting, from beginning to end!

I was returning to Korea for a second time to teach, but I had not enjoyed my previous recruiter and wanted to try a new one. I contacted no less than 7 recruitment agencies with my resume and information, and told them what type of teaching job I was looking for. Appletree responded right away, and continued to keep in touch with me almost daily to send me different job postings, as well as to verify my interests and needs. I did several interviews, and chose a job which was exactly what I was looking for.

Jean was so helpful in answering all my questions about each job offer, as well as sending me insight into the work situation currently in Korea. I found this process much easier and more streamlined than my previous recruitment experience. Jean helped me prepare for interviews, and called me before to remind me about the Skype interviews. The E-2 process was also explained very clearly to me, and I had no problems organizing my documents, despite the fact that I’d given myself a very short window to find a job and move to Korea.

Jean has remained in contact with me since my arrival in Korea, to ensure I am settling in. She has also been in contact with my boss, and have therefore passed insight into my work performance to me, which is so helpful.

I could not recommend Appletree Recruiting more highly! They provided more constant contact, and sent me a wider variety of job offers, than any other recruitment agency I have experienced. They also took care to consider my desires in terms of job type and location. I am very happy with my job, my city, and my new life here in Korea! I have already suggested Appletree to a couple of friends who want to teach in Korea, and will absolutely continue to do so.
